Hear
So then faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God.
Believe
He who believes and is baptized will be saved.
Repent
I tell you, no; unless you repent you will all likewise perish.
Confess
That if you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Be Baptized
Then Peter said to them, "Repent and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins.
Remain Faithful
And you will be hated by all for My name's sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved.
